Contouring with the Body's Own Resource
In autologous fat transfer, we use the most valuable resource: your own body. Instead of using synthetic fillers or silicone implants, we harvest the body's own fat where it is in excess, prepare it sterilely, and inject it precisely into the desired areas.
Since it is the body's own tissue, a large proportion of the transferred fat cells take root at the new location and are permanently integrated into the blood supply. The result feels completely natural and moves like real tissue.

From Harvesting to Injection
The Harvesting (Liposuction)
With a gentle, often water-jet assisted technique (WAL), we harvest the fat tissue from the previously discussed site (e.g., abdomen or thighs).
The Preparation
The harvested material is immediately sterilely filtered and centrifuged to isolate vital, intact fat cells.
The Transplantation
With very fine cannulas, the prepared fat tissue is injected in a fan-shaped pattern into the target area to optimally place it for contouring.
Will I Have Large Scars?
No. For both the harvesting and the injection of fat, we only need millimetre-small punctures. These generally heal very inconspicuously and usually leave only tiny, barely visible dots.
